Regulatory environment

Inter Fund Management has been incorporated under the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and authorized in accordance with Chapter 16 of the law of 17 December 2010 relating to undertakings for collective investments and in accordance with the limitations set forth by the Law of 12 July 2013 relating to alternative investment fund managers.

Inter Fund Management is supervised by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF).
